We begin with each new patient by performing a thorough consultation and exam to determine the underlying health concerns and problems. If necessary we also take a set of x-rays. This allows us to be very specific in your care.

During pregnancy your body undergoes many shifts and changes. This is a very important time to maintain minimal stress and strain on the body and a properly functioning nervous system. Gentle chiropractic adjustments help to relieve pressure on the body and nerves as well as maintaining the proper pelvic alignment to encourage a smooth delivery. We begin with a thorough consultation and exam but do not x-ray our pregnant patients. Our doctors specialize in gentle techniques specific to pregnancy.

Chiropractic Care for Infants and Children

At Build and Balance Chiropractic Center we believe that infancy and childhood is the most important time to be adjusted. Childhood is a time of rapid growth and development, so maintaining a properly functioning nervous system is essential for healthy growth and development. There are no age limits with chiropractic adjustments. The birthing process is highly traumatic for both the mother and the infant, and both can benefit from a gentle chiropractic adjustment. We begin with a thorough consultation and exam, and rarely x-ray patients under the age of four years old.
